Hello everyone. In the slot car world I go by the handle of TorqueMutant and mainly race RTR 1:32 on my own track and others when I get a chance. I do have some modeling and soldering skills and have been building 1:24 retro chassis for a few years. I find my interests differ from the regulars around my home town and find it thrilling to try my hand at crafting resin bodied sports cars .. so here I am.

Welcome to the forum, I'm sure all look forward to seeing a little of your work.
We are a very varied bunch here, both in the periods we model, and also just what we model, be it chassis building, body carving or interesting miniature engineering.
We are also quite friendly so perhaps a christian name when you sign off?
Thanks for introducing yourself, many do not. Feel free to ask questions, where did you get that part, how did you join those parts etc. Everybody here is happy to reply.
