Another beautiful build Allan. The paint work looks flawless. Love it!

A beautiful little car, and most unusual too. Could you advise as to the origin of this model, and also how it performs.
Peter.

Thanks The model is from Slot Classic in Spain. Chassis is the same as the PCS from Pendles but with the motor mounted in the opposite direction. Slot Classic add side pans and usually a rear one also, to increase stability. I used Cartix metal wire wheels and an SRC motor, also from Pendles. It has 5 grams of added weight up front, to counter the Ninco Sprung guide and no magnet. Hard to describe performance with no base line to refer to but it handles smoothly and is capable of 11.5 seconds on our track in relation to a box standard Slot.it Group C car that will turn in 10.2 average. Smooth, feathered, cornering is the trick

My main problem is that I like to build, I like to build cars from the periods this board covers and mostly from historical races such as the Targa Florio and Mille Miglia. They are seldom well suited to the rigours and speed of a routed speed track, but we have no other track right now, so they seldom get a good run out - poor me huh?
