Another kit built car which was started oh so long ago. Once it was started again, it was a matter of finishing it ASAP as a potential race car. It's an MMK body, PCS chassis (modified) Mitoos wheels and P.S-T other bits etc. No, I didn't dust it before taking the pictures........ The body is typical MMK, somewhat heavy but nice clean castings. The light lenses were not those supplied,the light covers were not supplied at all. I think they came from the packaging for a new razor. The body as supplied was to Le Mans spec, but the car was build as one 'inspired' by the Hawthorn Goodwood car, though I think this had the extra fuel tank and cap. The driver is one of John's (Munter) excellent castings, the bonnet catches are made from tinned copper wire. Generally not bad, but the nose is far too high, as is the C of G. Potential race car? No, but fun to build. Peter.
