I've got a brilliant (yeah, right) idea that needs some precision cut sheet. Is there a friendly supplier that would do something like an A4 sheet?
Is the pattern just a vector file in CorelDraw?

Hi Gareth. I used PPD for all my later etched stuff which was A4 size, but they will do much smaller sizes if requested. Corel Draw is one of the many file formats they accept. www.ppdltd.com/Peter.

Thanks Peter, I'll give them a try this evening.

Make sure you give them EXACTLY what you want, Gareth. We are on the second sheet and still the damn stuff doesn't fit the wheels despite my giving them exact dimensions. I doubt the others are any better. Martin

Typically this is a very precise process. Please keep in mind the width of the lines when you draw something. Also there is some etching also from the side. Depending on the thickness of the metall you will have the same amount of side etch because it is a three dimensional process. Regards, Thomas
