Been a busy bee of late, but I've managed to work on my builds. Glazing checked for fit and rivet holes drilled out. Hopefully get some paint on in the next few days. Cheers. Brian

Second coat on the TR today and fingers crossed it looks good. Mostly today I've been prepping and painting.

I'd guess that you are pretty pleased with all three so far Brian. I did wonder about rivets on mine and will probably look at using aluminium wire instead, though whether it will work or not is another matter.
i look forward to seeing the finished cars and of course, hearing/reading your own appraisal of the end results.
Peter.

I am quite please, thanks Peter. Today has been painful, these rivets have driven me nuts. Photo presentation not very good, but here's where I'm at today. I've also gave the DBR1 & 250 SWB their second coat of paint. In a bit of a rush now, club night! Cheers. Brian

Well, I'm off out with my Dad for the afternoon. I've spent hours trimming down one of the light lenses and I've done some work on the front grill this morning. Brian

Update. Been working on the grills and I've placed a shield and mesh in front of the first two air trumpets. Exhausts and side vents require more detailing, along with the interior. I'm currently waiting for the decals to arrive. Brian

Brian....Looking good, Just a suggestion but have you tried the Tamiya exhaust weathing kit. "Tamiya Weathering Master D" Here's a video on how to use it: www.youtube.com/watch?v=XVjjvSaQeewIt'll lift the car to the next level. Chris
